Script marketplace

This is a one-month CakePHP project in late 2009; we built a website for an Eastern European client that buys and sells code snippets. An admin panel is provided to manage and approve the code scripts.

Interesting features include:

  • We used Smarty templating engine instead of the default CakePHP.
  • And we built simple image processing mechanism such as crop and resize after a user uploads an image
